The Village of Tarrytown owns as well as leases several parking lots in the business district and at the train station to provide parking to the many residents and visitors in our historic Hudson River community.
BUSINESS DISTRICT PARKING
Parking meter rates are 25 cents for 20 minutes.
All meters accept nickels (5 minutes), dimes (10 minutes) and quarters (25 minutes)
2 South Broadway Lot: provides 19 metered parking spaces having a maximum two-hour limit.
31 South Broadway Lot: provides 24 metered parking spaces - 18 having a maximum two-hour limit and 6 having a maximum six-hour limit.
McKeel Avenue Lot: provides 55 metered parking spaces having a maximum six-hour limit. This lot also provides 17 resident/business permit spaces having a maximum 12-hour limit as well as 4 resident-vacation permit spaces having a maximum 14-day limit.
South Washington Street Lot: provides 78 metered parking spaces having a maximum six-hour limit. Residents may be eligible to purchase parking permits this lot having a daily maximum 12-hour limit.
Windle Park Lot: provides 18 metered parking spaces having a maximum six-hour limit. Seven resident/business permit spaces are also available having a daily maximum 12-hour limit.

Green Street Lot: provides 467 permit parking spaces available for both residents and non-residents having no maximum daily limit.
Depot Plaza Lot: provides 289 resident-only permit parking spaces having no maximum daily limit.
South Depot Plaza Lot: provides 46 metered parking spaces having a maximum 12-hour limit.
