Welcome to Farmer’s Kitchen. Fun, fresh produce and cooking techniques are on the menu. Today’s specials are smiles and deliciousness. Our kitchen is conveniently located in the TASH Farmer’s Market. We are open on select Saturday’s during the fall season, starting October 7th, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., pre-registration is required.
At Farmer’s Kitchen, children ages 8-13, will learn how to cook using fresh produce from the Farmer’s market! Class will "shop" at the market, then cook a pre-selected recipe and end by sampling tasty creations. Participants will get to take recipe home. Farmer's Kitchen makes healthy foods scrumptious! Sample recipes are vegetable pancakes with kale pesto, baked apple doughnuts & spiced cider and Tuscan Kale & squash soup and more.
