Each fitness plan is individualized to the trainee's needs. Expect to get your heart pumping, body glistening with sweat and muscles aching as you "rediscover" them.

2024 Spring Jr. Tennis Program!!

A program well-suited for tennis enthusiasts and novices. Players will learn tennis techniques, singles & doubles strategies, scoring and match play, all the while building positive experiences and enhancing fitness! Children will be grouped by age and skill level, prior experience not required. Let the sportsmanship and passion for tennis flourish!

Participants must bring their own racquets. Tennis balls will be provided.
