Meeting with Tenants of Asbury Terrace

The purpose of the meeting is to help tenants obtain answers to their questions regarding the proposed rent increase, identify resources for assistance if needed, and understand what options might be available. A representative from Mountco Development and Construction will be present to help answer questions.

The meeting will take place in the Tarrytown Senior Center on Monday, April 8 at 6pm.

While the meeting is open to the public, the purpose of the meeting is to assist tenants of Asbury Terrace, and comments and questions will be limited to the tenants of Asbury Terrace. We request that you submit your questions in advance of the meeting so that we can ensure the meeting is as productive as possible. Questions should be sent to: administrator@tarrytownny.gov.

Comments and questions will be limited to those who attend the meeting in person. A Zoom option will be available for observation purposes only. We will not be allowing questions or comments from people attending by Zoom, so if you have questions or comments and you can only attend the meeting by Zoom, please email them in advance so that we can address them.
